Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice
1. Overview
Convertify respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
2. Our Service
Convertify provides file conversion services only. We:
- • Do not host user-uploaded content permanently
- • Automatically delete all files within 30 minutes
- • Do not index, share, or distribute converted files
- • Do not access or view the content of uploaded files
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing the following information:
1. Identification of Copyrighted Work
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of Infringing Material
A description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on our service, with enough detail for us to find it.
3. Contact Information
Your address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good Faith Statement
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy Statement
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- • Your physical or electronic signature
- • Identification of the content that was removed
- • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
6. Repeat Infringers
We have a policy of terminating access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Due to the nature of our service (automatic file deletion), repeat infringement tracking is limited.
7. False Claims Warning
Warning: Filing a false DMCA notice is illegal. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
8. Response Time
We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 business hours. However, please note that due to our automatic file deletion policy, reported content may already be removed by the time we receive your notice.
